Little Lamb

Janeil had D enolled in a choir for children. They had a concert in the Festival of Trees on last friday. He has another concert on Dec 1 at 7pm. It will be at the Piano Gallery. We aren't sure if we are going to resign him up. But then today while at Ashleys Piano, D was pressing the keys nicely and singing his song. Well only the parts he could remember. Little Lamb is the song they sang and i think they are singing an arcrinim of CHRISTMAS. D is the second from the left.

Welcome Sammy J!

Born Oct 15, 2010. I've been really busy with the new little one and school. I have two more weeks of school, and then I have almost a complete month off of school. I've been trying to get together a scrap book for th elittle ones. most of our pictures are digital and so it's been hard to sit down and do it. D is growing so fast.
We went to Ians and Ashleys for Thanksgiving Dinner. D had so much fun with their dogs, Copper and Tana. Gavin joined us, which was a lot of fun because we don't get to see him very often. Monte went to Logandale to see some friends that had invited him down. I hadn't been to Ian and Ashleys since they moved further into American Falls. One day Dan and I will buy a house, I can't wait for that day!

Baby Shower!

So we had the Baby Shower this morning at Tammys house in Idaho Falls. It was so much fun! I'm going to try and get some pictures of all the onesies(?) that we made. It's been so crazy the last week! We had a close call on Thursday and so the hospital says any day now! YA! Well it looks like I can't keep a secret, I thought it was lame sitting there at the shower trying not to tell. However, when she comes, her name will be Samantha Jazmine Kunz.
I layed D down for a nap and Dan is over at his mom's helping with the Bountiful Basket she ordered. The house hasn't been this quiet in a long time. Heather let D take some of the balloons home. He has been traking them all over the house, since. Well looks like I spoke too soon. Good Bye blog, hello life.

Baby Shower and some Updates

I would love to invite anyone who wants to come, but I don't know some of your addresses, since the move. Heather, Dan's sister and a good family friend are putting on a Baby Shower for our expected girl. It will be on the 9th of October. I know some of the addresses of family, we are sending onesies(?) to be decorated and sent back. If you want to participate, just give me an email with your address in it, julie.kunz@my.eitc.edu.

I'm due on October 12th, and we are so excited! Heather said we can't keep a secret, so I'm afraid we are trying to keep the name quite until the day we all meet her! We are trying our hardest to prep D for the new baby. When we ask him if he wants a baby sister, he either says "Uh...um...I don't know?" or "No... nope... I don't think so."

I found that the healthcare industry isn't for me and I'm not sure if I posted that I switched to the accounting program at EITC. I finished my general courses and all of those transferred. I have 13 credits this semester. I am loving it and my Instructors are awesome. I got a 100% on my last test in Accounting 210!!! I'm still working in the front office and am loving it. Lately my supervisors received other positions so it's been crazy in the office. One received a position for our new fire program coordinator at EITC and my other supervisor applied and recieved a position in the healthcare division for EITC. I use to think my division manager was somewhat of a "the sky is falling, the sky is falling!!!" type of person, but now that he's right next to my desk it's not as dramatic when something arises.

The live stream from General Conference wasn't working this morning so we're listening to the radio braodcast. I need to get the baby's quilt done, so I'll try to post a picture next week. I'm taking Occupational Relations and I'm learning a lot. One of the books we have already read is Leadership and Self-Deception. I suggest taking a class like this or reading the short novel. It has helped me in many ways, one of the things that I have taken from the class: To inspire trust.

Happy 4th of July!

This weekend was fun at Heather's house! Ian and his new wife Ashley came from American Falls, and Unlce Monte came down from Logan! Heather, Janiel and Immogene were there of course. It was an amazing view of the fireworks from Heather's new house. Gavin's sister, Teresa and Bub came with their kiddos, and we had yummy root beer floats, for those of us who could! I was able to get my house clean in the morning and then we headed to Heather's barbeque! She has fun games for the backyard. One of these days we'll have to bust out the slip and slide again. I don't think little D understands the concept of a slip and slide yet, but it was fun watching him the first time.
If I haven't mentioned it before we are expecting a girl in October. It was a little uncomfortable this past week with the weather warming up. Congradulations to our cousins Amy and Colin Sturt!!! They had their baby girl! As I hear it she weighs 4.5 lbs! We are so happy for you two...I mean three! We can't wait to meet her and good luck with picking a name! We find it hard to be confortable with any of our ideas. But we still have some time to figure out something to call her.
I apologize for not updating my blog for a while. It's been difficult to find time to spend time on the computer without getting distracted or needing to do something else. I have been called as the First Counselor in the Primary. I am trying to get the Sacrament Program together for October. And a Quarterly Activity together for September. So far it's been challenging for the juggle of family, primary, work, and school. I can't believe Math 123. It's been definitely challenging all by itself this summer semester. That class ends on the 15th of July for me and man o man I CAN'T WAIT!!! Well, looks like there are certainly other things going on so, as Tigger puts it TTFN! TaTa For Now!!!

Can't believe it...

I'm counting down the days of this semester! Man -o-Man has it been a long one! Finals are the first week of May! I'm loving my doctor for this pregnancy. She does an ultrasound every time, and I get to leave with at least two pictures. Janeil was so excited she could make out the picture this time. I am 15 weeks along, and my next appointment will be on the 29th! I love working at the college. My boss cracks me up. She says I'm an angry pregnant lady! hahah! They have hired me on for the summer as extra help so I will be able to get extra hours on top of my work study hours! I am way excited to have math 123. I'm a little scared because my placement test for math was such a long time ago. But I'm not too worried. Next week I have to give a Persuasive Speech. I am WAY too excited for that! YUCK... Last week I had to give an Informational Speech, my nerves gave me such a hard time I thought I was having an anxiety attack. It was a lot easier in the beginning of the semester because I hardly knew anyone in the class. Hopefully this time it will be smoother.

Happy Easter

This weekend we spent at Grandma Janiel's and Aunt Heather's house. It was a lot of fun. We were able to go to WalMart and have D get his pictures taken in a church outfit Uncle Monte bought him when I was still pregnant with D. Our little guy is always on his new bike! It is so much fun watching him try to figure it out first before I help him. I can't believe I have only four more weeks of school! YAY!!! I can't believe it snowed this whole weekend. Not a blizzard or anything, but off and on. D's stitches are healing nicely! We all enjoyed conference. It was nice to spend it with family, too. Well I have class in the morning. Hopefully I'll have time to add some pictures of Easter later! TooDles!

Exciting Day At the Doc's

A couple of days ago we found out that D and I were eligible for medicaid. So Dan took D to the doc's office today because he has had a cough and sniffles for a while. Turns out he has a little ear infection and sour throat. Doc gave him some antibiotics. Dan went over to his mom's, Janeil's house for dinner that evening. I had called to see how the appointment went at around 3:30pm and Dan had told me that D went to jump into Janeil's arms and ran stright into the coffee table! It split open the brow of his nose. Dan had to take him back over to the doc's and get it glued shut; however, by the time I had gotten off the phone and walked through Janeils door, D had picked the bandage and the glue out of the abrasion. So off we went to the doc's again. When we got there he said that he should have gave him stitches in the first place because almost 100% of the kids who get it glued have to come back in to get it stitched because they pick at it. So they strapped D down to appopy board for kids and kind of looked like a little mummy. Dan held his head while the nurse put numbing stuff in the wound. Then they poked it a bunch of time with a seringe until the outersides turned white which was pretty cool! And then he took this hook thing and started stitching. It took a while I felt so bad for D. He kept telling us "No! No! No!.... mommy I stuck!" over and over then when we were all done he said "We done yet?" It was the sweetest thing. I took some pictures after we were finally home:

Happy Valentines Day!

So as most of you know it's dan and me's birthdays! We had fun this weekend. Dan and I went to the MarriotSuites in Poccatello. Then we had a long lunch at Texas Roadhouse, which wasn't all too busy for a Saturday. Today we went over to Janeil's house and had fun with the family! Tammy, Steve, Chaz, Ree-C-Roo, Gavin and Heather were all there as well as grandma great and of course Janeil. D got pretty grumpy so decided to cut out earlier than norm. I heard from Kev-dog, my big bro, which made my day! Dan got a MP3 player and I got some PREGO outfits. YES, I did say prego! YAY!... Dan has a job interview later this week on friday in Logan, Utah. I won't be able to go, but D and I will wish him the best from afar. WE LOVE YOU DADDY! GOOD LUCK!
